This was a good purchase and really happy that I got it. It's certainly a good solid watch and you certainly know that it's on your wrist and great size. Was happy when I finally got it. I did have to send an email reminder, which wasn't replied to, however suddenly got a notification that it had been sent express post which I didn't opt for when paying. If STREETWISE check these responses from the customers I do think that it's a bit of a cheek asking for a tip for the staff before you've even checked out or get any service... The watch is Great
