Are your watches 100% genuine and authentic?

Yes. All of our watches are sourced directly from authorised dealers and reputable distributors. Every watch is cross-checked by serial (where available) and warranty number for authenticity. We do not sell replicas, fakes, refurbished or aftermarket-modified watches — ever.

Are your watches brand new or pre-owned?

All watches are brand new and unworn with plastic wrap on the strap/ band and retail tags attached. We do not sell pre-owned watches.

Do the watches come with original box and papers?

Yes. Every watch includes the original retail box, booklets and warranty card (if applicable). It’s the same as buying from a retail store, just at a better price.

Does my watch come with a warranty?

Yes. Most of our watches are covered under a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty and come with their warranty card/ booklet. Every watch also comes with a 2-year seller’s warranty on top of any manufacturer's warranty for that extra peace of mind.

All warranty requests can be submitted through our Contact Us form.

As standard for watches, the warranty does not cover:

  • Crystal/glass

  • Straps or bracelets

  • Damage caused by improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear

  • Damage from impact or contact with objects

  • Water damage

How long does shipping take?

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. 

  • Standard: approx. 7-10 Business days

  • Express: approx. 3-6 Business days

  • Skip the cue: 1-3 Business days

The above delivery estimates include handling times. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Streetwise Australia ships worldwide.
We’ve been shipping internationally since 2015 and dispatch overseas orders daily.

How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?

Once we receive your return, processing typically takes up to 7 business days.
During peak periods (such as the holiday season), processing may take up to 14 business days.

Once your return has been finalised, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the outcome.

Exchanges are typically completed within a few days.

How can you offer prices below retail?

We work directly with authorised dealers who need to move excess or older-season stock, and we purchase many of our pieces in large quantities. Because we are independent, we’re not restricted by the manufacturer’s set retail pricing.

We also operate exclusively online, without the high overheads of a physical store. All of this allows us to pass significant savings directly on to our customers — offering brand-new, authentic watches below the manufacturer’s RRP.

Can I cancel my order?


Yes — if you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the Contact Us form.

Please note:
For change-of-mind cancellations or returns, PayPal does not refund the processing fee, so this amount is deducted from the refund total.
