Returns & Refund Policy
At Streetwise Australia, we want you to love your purchase. If your new item isn’t 100% to your satisfaction, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Return Conditions
To protect our customers and ensure all watches remain genuinely new:

Watches must not be worn, sized, or show any signs of use.
Even brief wear creates micro-blemishes, so worn watches cannot be accepted. -
Resized or modified items (links removed, straps adjusted, etc.) are not eligible for return.

All original packaging and items must be included:
box, instructions, warranty card, tags, spare links, plastics, protectors, etc.
If any items are missing or the watch shows signs of handling, the return may be declined or a partial refund may apply.
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@streetwiseaus.com.au to request approval before sending anything back.

Ensure the item is packaged securely with all original components.

Ship the item using a tracked postal service. We strongly recommend adding insurance for your protection.

Do not send returns in envelopes — they will not protect the product.

International customers: Any return duties/taxes charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Times

Refunds / Store Credit: Up to 7 business days after we receive your return.

Repairs / Replacements: Up to 14 business days.

Returns are processed in the order they are received.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For change-of-mind returns:

Returned items must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

Change-of-mind returns incur a 10% restocking fee, as payment provider fees and associated costs are not refunded to us.

Original shipping/insurance costs are non-refundable.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- If you’d like to exchange your watch for a different model,
the restocking fee is waived.
- Return postage for the original item and postage for the new item are to be covered by the customer.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via the website contact form.
Please note:
Per PayPal’s no-refund fee policy, PayPal processing fees are not refunded for:

change-of-mind returns
-
cancelled orders
-
incorrect purchases
These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
International Returns
For international returns, any duties, taxes, or customs charges billed to Streetwise Australia will be deducted from your refund.
30-Day Price Guarantee
If any item you’ve purchased is reduced in price on our website within 30 days, we’ll issue you a store credit for the difference to use on a future order.
